Huge Skyrim Building Poster

Our game is going to be big, so we need a really big poster to compensate for it. That’s what Bethesda was thinking when they put up this Skyrim advertisement in Los Angeles. What if that dude came to life and started roaming around L.A., that would be pretty bad ass.

Need for Speed: The Run – ‘Run For The Hills’ Gameplay Trailer

This game looks so sick, especially after spending a ton of time playing NFS: Carbon. The Run has NFS main character Jack trying to catch the pack of racers in the Desert Hills of Nevada. Pushing against the demanding terrain and the overbearing heat, Jack has to do everything he can to work his way to the front of the group. Precision driving, quick thinking and shorter roadways are his only way through. Do you think you can get him there?

Super Mario Bro’s FPS Video

This is quite amazing I have seen some funny Super Mario FPS games before but this is the best. It was created in the Unreal 3 Engine to showcase what the engine could essentially do.

Plants vs Zombies 3D

Yes, this is not real it’s fan made but a great idea. When the hell is Pop Cap going to make a not 2D Plants vs Zombies I mean there are only so many platforms they could try and put that game on until they run out.

I mean they always can try to put Plants vs Zombies on my toaster but that wouldn’t seem very fun.

Most Under-”Hyped” TBA Game: FireFall

FireFall is a MMO FPS and if those words don’t sound amazing to you then you have issues.

The lead developer of Firefall created the Tribes series and the project manager help create World at Warcraft. So these guys have experience with this shit. This game seems to be extremely under-”hyped” but I feel it could be the breakout series of 2011, so keep you eyes out.

FireFall will give you three main classes to choose from which are Assault, Medic, and Recon. Each class you use in a massive online multiplayer experience flying through the skies blowing people up and leveling up your character. It kinda looks like Avatar if the video game was actually good.

Not sure what the pro’s and cons for each are yet but as soon as we gather more information for the developers Red 5 we will let you know.

You must watch this trailer, or R. Kelly will pee on you.

Daily Pic: Super Mario World Modded Computer

This picture was taken of a fan boys computer by Bethesda at the recent Quake Con.

It is quite funny that this mod is for a PC yet the game showcased, Super Mario World, was never on PC. Still probably the best PC mod I have ever seen.

Weekend Babe-ary

Weekend Babe-ary #20

We all know who this bombshell is, especially considering the Spider Man series is the greatest selling movie trilogy of all time (soon to have a 4th movie, what up Sam Raimi!). Why are we showing miss Dunst you may ask? Well even though she wasn’t in the Spider Man video game, she did play Mary Jane in all the movies so that counts for something, kinda. Kirsten, you used to be so cute but that was a long time ago. So I guess…

Today Kirsten Dunst,

Gamevain salutes you!

Daily Pic: You Gotta Love L.A. Noire

This is the sole reason I love L.A. Noire.

You get in your car to track down the “criminal” and run over a 100 people on the way there and still no consequences.

RockStar’s attempt a “super realism” kinda fails when you run kill innocents and merely get a slap on the wrist in the stats menu.

With that being said, L.A. Noire is still an amazing game. We salute RockStar for taking a risk!

 Thanks Zock

Donkey Kong: A Brief History in the Most Stylish Way Possible

West Word released this info graphic that portrays a history of the phrase “It’s on like Donkey Kong” in the most stylish way possible.

Donkey Kong is one character that really sets a good example for the gorilla community as a whole.

BTW: This was all a joke.
